Mission

The staff, parents and community of Flamingo Elementary are dedicated to providing a nurturing, comfortable and supportive environment for our students. High standards and expectations are in place to help each student be challenged to reach his/her full potential.

NASA Explorer School Partnership

This year, Flamingo Elementary received the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Explorer Schools Grant. The NASA Explorer Schools Program is a three-year partnership between NASA and our school with an emphasis on enhancing the teaching and learning of mathematics, science, technology and engineering.
